$SOL and $XAU are showing the same weakness, with bears firmly in control.
SOL shorts are enjoying strong profits while most longs remain underwater. Recent buying hasn't been enough to shift momentum.
Gold is also facing heavy selling pressure, with buyers struggling to defend their positions.
I'm bearish on both for now. SOL could see another drop, while gold still lacks the strength needed to attract fresh buyers.
