BTC Dominance dropping will have nothing to do with money printing or rates
Its tied to the Risk Ratios with a clear inverse correlation over the past decade
The Risk Ratios have gone into full blown bull markets without money printing or low rates over the past half century
Also have gone into full blown bull markets with rates elevated and rates rising
I don't think BTC Dominance is a great metric to determine median Altcoin performance but if you are wondering why it didn't drop between
